Thank you for choosing Squires Italian Restaurant and Catering. This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding refunds, cancellations, and changes to orders placed through our website or directly with us.
Restaurant Orders
All in-store and takeout food purchases are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been prepared or picked up. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
If you place an order online and need to cancel, you must contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been prepared or is in progress, it may not be eligible for a refund.
Catering orders may require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation.
Cancellations made with sufficient advance notice may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on preparation and costs already incurred. Cancellations made close to the event date may not be eligible for a refund.
Final details such as guest count and menu selections must be confirmed prior to your event. Once confirmed, changes may be limited and could affect refund eligibility.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for the following:
Orders that have already been prepared or delivered
Last-minute cancellations of catering orders
Incorrect information provided by the customer
